About Me
I work at the point where people, strategy and delivery meet.
I help nonprofits and public-sector organisations make sense of complex challenges, bring people together around a shared direction, and turn good ideas into meaningful action.
My work combines strategic and community engagement, programme and project management, policy and systems change, and organisational change. From developing strategies and designing engagement approaches to coordinating programmes and supporting organisations through change, I help connect the dots between what needs to happen, who needs to be involved, and how to make it happen well.
With over a decade of experience across policy, public services, education and community engagement, I bring a practical, people-centred approach to change. I’m particularly interested in work that strengthens communities, improves public services and helps organisations create meaningful social impact.
